Tinashe Mushonga

Executive Director

Tinashe Mushonga is the Executive Director of BOOST with over seven years of experience in youth economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, employability and innovation. He has led high-impact programs in partnership with donors, UN agencies, government, and the private sector, creating sustainable pathways for adolescents and marginalized youth to access decent work. His leadership focuses on leveraging innovation and strategic partnerships to deliver scalable solutions aligned with the SDGs, AU Agenda 2063, and Zimbabwe's NDS1 and 2.

Programme Manager

Vimbainashe Mushure is a Programme Manager and youth development strategist passionate about empowering young people through innovation, entrepreneurship, climate action, and digital transformation. As Programme Manager at BOOST, she leads the design and implementation of high-impact programmes, building strategic partnerships with government, private sector, and development stakeholders to create sustainable opportunities for youth, particularly women and vulnerable groups. Committed to inclusive development, Vimbai works to equip young people with the skills, networks, and resources they need to become entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders driving lasting social and economic change.

Programmes Coordinator

Cindy is the Programmes Coordinator at BOOST, where she supports the design, coordination, and implementation of youth development and entrepreneurship programmes. She works closely with schools, universities, government institutions, corporate partners, and development organisations to deliver initiatives that equip young people with employability, leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills. With a strong background in programme management, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and partnership development, Cindy is passionate about empowering young people to become changemakers by connecting them with practical learning experiences, mentorship, and pathways to sustainable livelihoods. Her work is driven by a commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, and inclusive development in support of BOOST's mission to prepare young people for the future of work and entrepreneurship.

Finance & Admin Officer

Timukudze Mathias is a Finance and Administration Officer with over four years of experience in financial management, administration, human resources, and compliance within the non-profit sector. She is skilled in financial reporting, budget monitoring, payroll administration, procurement, and strengthening internal controls to ensure compliance with organizational, statutory, and donor requirements. Having worked with both local and international development partners, Timukudze has extensive experience supporting effective financial management and organizational operations. Passionate about accountability, transparency, and good governance, she is committed to strengthening organizations through sound financial systems that contribute to sustainable development and lasting social impact.

Emmanuel Chinembiri

Emmanuel Chinembiri

Innovation Hub Coordinator

Emmanuel Chinembiri is an innovation and technology professional passionate about empowering young people through digital skills, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies. As Innovation Hub Coordinator at BOOST, he leads the design and delivery of programmes that equip youth with practical skills in artificial intelligence, data analytics, software development, digital design, and innovation. He holds a Master's degree in Data Science and Analytics and brings over a decade of experience across information technology, business intelligence, data management, and project implementation in both the telecommunications and nonprofit sectors. At BOOST, Emmanuel oversees innovation hub operations, builds partnerships with industry and academic institutions, and mentors young innovators to transform ideas into impactful solutions, with a focus on climate resilience, agriculture, education, and youth employment.

Kundai Marimira

Kundai Marimira

Software Engineer & Facilitator

Kundai Marimira is a Software Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development, mobile application development, database management, systems support, and digital platform administration. His work focuses on designing practical, scalable, and user-centred digital solutions that support education, innovation, youth development, programme implementation, data management, and evidence-based decision-making. At BOOST, Kundai serves as a Digital Skills Facilitator, mentoring young people in web development, mobile app development, artificial intelligence, and emerging digital skills. He also built and manages the organisation's website and the Future Makers Platform, a full-stack learning and innovation platform that supports learning delivery, tutor assessments, student progress monitoring, innovation intake, mentor linkage, competitions, and broader programme coordination. In addition, he developed an Android attendance-tracking application that digitises student registers, improves access to attendance records, reduces paper-based administration, and strengthens data-driven programme management. Driven by a commitment to inclusive digital transformation, Kundai is dedicated to building technology solutions that improve organisational performance, expand access to digital learning, support innovation, and equip young people with the practical skills they need to succeed in education, employability, entrepreneurship, and the future digital economy.

Progress Ndlovu

Progress Ndlovu

Project Officer

Progress Ndlovu is a development practitioner passionate about community-centred programming and sustainable change. She holds a Master of Science in Development Studies from Lupane State University and a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Sociology from Great Zimbabwe University, with a strong foundation in social research, policy analysis, and community development. Progress has extensive experience in Zimbabwe's development sector, having worked with organisations such as Save the Children, World Vision, and government institutions in roles spanning research, field implementation, and humanitarian programming. She currently serves as a Project Officer at BOOST in Mangwe District, where she supports programme delivery, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, including initiatives such as the Chigubhu Lantern Project, which promotes solar energy and climate education in schools. She is committed to inclusive, evidence-based development that empowers local communities to drive sustainable change.

Tracey Gwatidah

Tracey Gwatidah

Communications & Advocacy

Tracey is a Strategic Communications, Advocacy, and Media professional passionate about using communication as a catalyst for advocacy, social and behavioural change, policy influence, and sustainable development. She specializes in strategic communications, digital media, corporate branding, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and multimedia storytelling, developing communication strategies that enhance organizational visibility, strengthen partnerships, and amplify impact. With experience supporting programmes in gender equality, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), youth empowerment, climate change, and agriculture, Tracey creates compelling content that informs, inspires, and drives meaningful engagement. She is committed to leveraging innovative communication to promote inclusive development, empower communities, and contribute to lasting social change.

Aleesha Muzunze

Aleesha Muzunze

Youth Engagement Attachee

Aleesha Muzunze is a third-year Bachelor of Arts Honours student in Conflict, Peacebuilding and Social Transformation at the University of Zimbabwe and a Youth Engagement and Innovation Attachee at BOOST. She is passionate about youth development, peacebuilding, social innovation and building more inclusive communities, with particular interests in gender equality, disability inclusion and human rights. She has experience in peer education, community engagement, digital communication, content creation and organisational support. Aleesha was trained as a Peer Educator under the UNESCO 03 Plus Project, where she has supported awareness and youth engagement activities on issues affecting young people. She has also contributed to community outreach initiatives and hosted a podcast exploring how young people navigate online spaces. At BOOST, Aleesha is developing practical experience in youth engagement and innovation while strengthening her skills in programme support, communication, event coordination and stakeholder engagement. She is interested in how innovation, digital tools and meaningful youth participation can contribute to practical solutions for communities. Aleesha is committed to continuous learning and hopes to build a career at the intersection of youth development, peacebuilding and social impact, contributing to initiatives that promote inclusive opportunities and enable young people to participate meaningfully in shaping their communities and futures.

Anotidaishe Zvemari is a Software Engineering student and creative technology enthusiast with a passion for graphic design, web development, and digital innovation. He is dedicated to using technology and creative design to develop practical solutions, build impactful digital experiences, and empower individuals and businesses through modern digital tools. With a strong foundation in software engineering and hands-on experience in graphic design, Anotidaishe specializes in creating professional branding materials, logos, flyers, posters, social media content, and promotional designs. He is also expanding his expertise in software development, database systems, artificial intelligence, combining technical knowledge with creativity to deliver user-focused digital solutions. Anotidaishe is committed to continuous learning and innovation, with a keen interest in software development, UI/UX design, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship. His vision is to leverage technology and creative design to solve real-world challenges, support digital transformation, and contribute to the growth of Zimbabwe's innovation ecosystem.
