Ruwa Innovation Hub Education 5.0

We had the honour of hosting His Excellency. Prof. Gaspard Banyankimbona, African Union Commissioner for Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (ESTI), on a benchmarking visit focused on #Zimbabwe's transformative Education 5.0 model.

During the visit, the Commissioner toured the Ruwa Innovation Hub Zimbabwe and Ruwa Vocational Training Centre, gaining first-hand insight into how innovation, entrepreneurship, skills development and industrialization are being integrated to equip young people with practical solutions for local and continental challenges.

Through engagements with innovators, trainers and young entrepreneurs, the visit highlighted the impact of locally driven innovation ecosystems in creating opportunities and advancing sustainable development.

The visit reaffirmed the importance of empowering young people as innovators, entrepreneurs and problem-solvers for the continent's future.
